The Red Cross is a symbol of hope throughout the world. As part of this humanitarian organization, the American Red Cross of Yolo County provides relief to victims of single family emergencies and community, national and international disasters.

Here is how your donations help everyday:

1. $20 Provides one family a clean up kit to clean/disinfect their home

2. $25 Provides towels, wash cloths and meals for one day

3. $50 Provides a one night hotel stay for someone who is suddenly displaced by disaster

4. $115 Provides one week of groceries for a family of four

5. $500 Provides replacement of medications, medical supplies and equipment, and mental health counseling for a disaster victim

6. $1000 Provides immediate food, shelter, clothing and mental health counseling to a family of four in crisis

7. Pay tribute to a loved one, living or deceased, with a gift in their name.  Honor someone special for a birthday, anniversary, holiday or other special occasion with a donation that will make a lifesaving difference.
