Our Red Cross worldwide emergency communications network operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. We can assist service members and their families with emergency messages regarding
the birth of a child, the death or serious illness of a family member or other family emergencies.
The Red Cross can provide fast, reliable information to help make decisions regarding emergency leave.
The Red Cross, in partnership with military aid societies, provides access to financial assistance when there
is an urgent personal or family crisis.
The Red Cross also represents veterans and their families who seek compensation awards from
the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Yolo County Red Cross is proud to have partnered with the

The Story of a Banner:
Begins at Celebrate Davis! on May 13th.
Over 250 Davisites, from 2 years old to 90 years old, signed the banner
destined for Michael Scofield. Scofield is part of an Army Med-Evac Unit
stationed in Afghanistan.
